Plano East Lacrosse Association Varsity Defensive Coordinator Available Sept 2022 - May 2023

Plano East Lacrosse serves the Plano, Murphy and Wylie area and is seeking an experienced High School Defensive Coordinator.

We are looking for a coach with a positive mindset, and a strong Lacrosse background. The Coach must be committed to help develop our High School and Youth boys in fall (3 days a week) and Spring (5-6 days a week). 

Responsibilities:

Assist the Program Director in all aspects of the Defensive side of the game.

Attend all practices and games.

Team management during practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Be present at East Lacrosse activities when available.

Requirements:

College playing experience required

Coaching experience preferred

High level of Knowledge of rules and regulations Strong communication and leadership skills Passion to mentor young student-athletes Must be able to pass a background check

Salary:

Competitive based on experience.
