John Paul II High School Assistant Lacrosse Coach

Position Overview:
John Paul II High School is seeking a dedicated Assistant Lacrosse Coach for the upcoming spring season (January – April/May). This is a stipend position, ideal for someone passionate about developing high school student-athletes and contributing to a competitive, positive team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction, guidance, and mentorship to players.
• Contribute to player skill development, with a preference for candidates with faceoff experience.
• Run smaller, position focused, group drills and help foster a culture of sportsmanship, effort, and growth.

Schedule:

• Spring: January-April/May.
• Practices: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
• Games typically start at 7:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching and/or playing experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lacrosse fundamentals and strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation:

• Stipend position
• Full or part-time roles will be considered depending on availability and qualifications.
