• Yes. Upon arrival, teams will check-in and a host will guide teams through Players’ Entrance and to the field.

• Limits on sideline access are to be adhered to and entry will be through the designated team entry gate.
• High seed is Home team and wears white jerseys. Home teams will occupy the bench to the right of the table.
• Water will be provided on your sidelines. Each team is responsible for having a person available to handle bottle refills during the game.

• Yes. Teams will have access to a warm-up field with goals adjacent to the field house. This is a secure area.
• There is also a 20-minute warm-up on the turf before each game.
• Teams may not enter the field area until the prior game is concluded and field personnel approve entry.
• Staff will be posted at field entrances to enforce this policy.

• Designated locker rooms will be available in the LSA Field House for team meetings, dressing, and pre/post-game use.
• Teams must have all gear cleared out of the locker room by halftime to allow the next scheduled teams access upon arrival.
• Coaches and staff are asked to monitor their players and respect LSA's locker room facilities.
• A host will direct teams to their assigned locker room upon check-in.

• Yes. A certified trainer with AED will be on-site for all games.
• Saturday: Trainer on-site from 9:00 AM through conclusion of the last game.
• Sunday: Trainer on-site from 10:00 AM through conclusion of the last game.
• Teams may bring their own trainer if they wish.

• Site Administrators are not needed or allowed on the field since the host will handle security.
• We do ask that the fans and teams behave accordingly.

• Yes. Buses will park along Ryewater Dr in front of the main LSA entrance.
• Directional signage and event staff will be on-site to guide drivers to the designated area.

The official scorebook and penalty time will be kept at the sidelines by tournament-provided personnel. Each team may have a single team book-keeper and a single spotter allowed at the table.

Yes. LSA will provide a live streaming feed via HUDL camera. The link will be shared with THSLL for distribution to teams and families.

Each team will be given ONE sideline pass to be used by your Team Photographer or Videographer. This pass will be distributed to the team at check-in. The designated team photographer will be allowed on the fan side sideline five yards from the sideline and not beyond goal-line extended. All other photographers may take pictures from the stands, but please be aware that standing at the front railing affects the view of those that are seated behind you. The field of play will not be accessible after the final games for personal photos. The teams will be encouraged to move off the fields where they will be accessible for family photos.

Media passes are restricted to actual media representatives and are not intended for commercial photographers. Agreement not to resell photographs taken under a Media Pass will be required. Contact Jon Mueller, Athletic Director, at 314-368-4805.

Team photographers are welcome to photograph from the designated visitor-side area. A tournament photographer is not guaranteed. Each team will receive one sideline photographer pass.

• Only prior approved personnel will have access. Host volunteers announcing the games and running the scoreboard and clock will have priority.
• Fans, players, and coaches are prohibited from the press box without prior approval.

• The stadium has an all-weather surface and games will not be called on account of weather bring rain gear.
• Umbrellas are not appropriate in the stands due to inconvenience of those seated behind you.
• The tournament will observe NCAA lightning Policy which requires suspension of activities when less that 30 second flash-to-bang occurs. Activities will be suspended for 30 minutes beyond the last 30 second flash-to-bang. Games may be delayed and played at night if lightning is encountered.
• Any changes to the posted schedule will be posted to THSLL as soon as possible.

In the event of inclement weather, the THSLL will make every effort to complete games on the day and time they are scheduled. However, coaches, parent organizations, athletic directors and fans should be aware the possible rescheduling options:

• Postponement of games later in the day due to weather delays
• Playing games earlier than scheduled to avoid anticipated bad weather later in the day.
• Shortening of warmups between games.
• Postponement of games from Saturday to Sunday including playing two games on Sunday.
