Smithson Valley Lacrosse Coaching Positions

Position: Head 7th / 8th Grade Coach
Season: Fall 2019/Spring 2020 with multi-year opportunity
District/Division: San Antonio
Qualifications: (1) College lacrosse experience as player &/or coach (preferred).  (2) Two years (preferred) of demonstrated successful coaching experience.  (3) A passion for the game & a commitment to the Club's mission/core values.  
Responsibilities: (1) Be a positive, but firm role model to all players. (2) Lead the development of the 7th/8th grade team in conjunction with the philosophies of the High School Team.  (3)  Prepare for all practices & all games. (4) Attend all practices & all games. (5) Be familiar with & comply with league rules & maintain a positive working relationship with the league.  
Salary: Commensurate with experience, but negotiable.  Performance-based bonus available if certain criteria are met.
