Reagan Head Coaching Position

Division II Varsity Head Coach   Available: ASAP    Start Date: 10 January 2015
Salary:  Competitive, plus Summer and Fall coaching opportunities

Reagan Lacrosse Association is looking for a qualified lacrosse coach for the Division II Varsity team. This is a great opportunity to get varsity coaching experience, while being part of the largest Lacrosse Club in San Antonio. We are seeking to hire a qualified candidate that has a lacrosse background. NCAA playing experience preferred but not mandatory. Compensation is based upon experience and/ or credentials.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Lacrosse playing experience (NCAA, MCLA, Juco, High School)
  • High Lacrosse IQ and demeanor to be able to teach the players in a respectful way
  • Ability to take and give direction
  • Previous coaching experience preferred
  • Available for all practices four days per week (minimum)
  • Available for games during the week and on weekends when required
  • Candidates must turn in three references from employers or other lacrosse involved parties
