The Westwood Warrior Lacrosse HS Lacrosse Club is seeking an offensive coordinator to begin in September of 2025.

The Offensive Coordinator (OC) will be responsible for coaching the offensive players on individual skills and offensive systems.  The OC will be responsible for creating and implementing effective offensive game strategies.  Coaching philosophy and style will have to align with our focus on personal growth and development for our student-athletes, and support the program's vision to rebuild through progression.  The OC will be responsible for assisting in creating a positive team culture, developing fundamental skills of the game, organizing and implementing a plan for the offensive splits in practice, and communicating with the head coach to create effective practice plans for the offensive players on the team.  

It is expected that the OC will maintain a high standard of integrity in all aspects of team management, foster a culture that promotes values of being a student-athlete, and will conduct themselves in accordance with the rules, regulations, and procedures of THSLL.

Qualified candidates will possess relevant lacrosse coaching experience with an in-depth knowledge of offensive elements of lacrosse.  Ideal coaching candidates should have experience coaching high school, club, and or college level.  

Background check, USA Lacrosse Coaching Certification, successful completion of CPR and AED Certifications required.
