Join the Wolfpack! Plano West Boys Lacrosse Now Hiring Youth Coaches for Spring 2026 

Location: Plano, TX
Season: Spring 2026 
Teams: Kindergarten through 8th Grade
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience

Plano West Boys Lacrosse is on the hunt for youth lacrosse coaches to lead our teams on the field this spring! Our teams range from Kindergarten to 8th grade, and we’re dedicated to developing players’ skills, confidence, and love for the game in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment.

Positions Available

• Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for K–2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 divisions
• Practices held 2–3 times per week in Plano, with weekend games across the DFW area

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy
• Build a positive, competitive and encouraging Wolfpack culture
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and program directors
• Attend TryLax / Recruiting events
• Represent the Plano West Wolves at games and tournaments throughout the season

Qualifications

• Prior coaching or playing experience (youth, high school, or college level preferred)
• Communication and leadership skills to lead young boys
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching the sport to players (and educating parents!)
• Must pass a state mandated background check
