Vista Ridge/Cedar Park High School Rangers Lacrosse Club is seeking a Varsity Head Coach. We are seeking a passionate and experienced coach to lead our high school lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to developing players’ skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive, competitive environment. The Ranger’s Lacrosse Coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the high school lacrosse program. This includes planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, mentoring student-athletes, and ensuring the team adheres to the program's values, sportsmanship standards and coordinating/participating with our youth feeder program. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective practice plans and game strategies.
• Instruct players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Mentor student-athletes on and off the field, emphasizing academic performance and personal development.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by following established protocols and maintaining equipment.
• Represent the lacrosse program positively in the community and at league meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience playing lacrosse at the collegiate or professional level.
• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Familiarity with Texas lacrosse regulations and league operations.
