The Georgetown Eagle Lacrosse Club is seeking a qualified and motivated Offensive Coordinator to join our high school coaching staff beginning October 2025. This position will support both Varsity and JV levels and plays a key role in the continued development of a competitive and values-driven lacrosse program

Our vision is to rebuild through progression, emphasizing fundamentals, game IQ, and leadership.
The Offensive Coordinator will:
- Lead the development and implementation of offensive systems and game strategies.-
- Coach offensive players on individual and team-based skills.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to design and execute effective, competitive, and efficient practice plans.
- Organize offensive personnel and drills during practice sessions.
- Promote a positive, development-focused team culture aligned with the values of the program.
- Contribute to offseason planning, player evaluations, and skill development efforts.
The OC will be granted autonomy in their role while maintaining a collaborative and communicative relationship with the Head Coach and broader staff. Fall commitments (October–November) include two practices per week; spring commitments (January–May) include four practices per week, plus games.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- Prior coaching experience in lacrosse (high school, club, or collegiate level preferred).
- Strong understanding of modern offensive concepts and strategies.
- A coaching philosophy that aligns with the values of character development, sportsmanship, and student-athlete growth.
- Ability to lead, teach, and connect with high school athletes.
- Organizational skills and a team-first mentality.
Requirements:
- Background check
- USA Lacrosse Coaching Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR/AED certification
