Flower Mound Lacrosse Association Coaching Positions

Available for Sept 2021 - May 2022 : Varsity and JV Assistant Coaches, Face off Coach, Goalie Coach, Youth Coaches.

Flower Mound Lacrosse is seeking a committed and experienced High School Assistant along with part-time positional coaches (Goalie and Faceoff Coach).

 We are looking for coaches who bring knowledge, passion, positive mindset, and a strong Lacrosse background. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Director in all aspects of the game.
  • Attend all practices and games.
  • Scouting of opponents.
  • Team management during practices.
  • Instill our team motto of care, commit, compete.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Be present at FMLA activities when available.

 

Requirements:

  • Coaching or playing experience at the NCAA or MCLA level
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion to mentor young student-athletes.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

 Salary:
