Kingwood Lacrosse JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach Openings

Kingwood Lacrosse JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach Available November 2023 - May 2024.  Kingwood Lacrosse is seeking a committed high school JV head or assistant coach who will also assist with varsity. We are looking for a coach who brings knowledge, passion, positive mindset, and a strong lacrosse background. The coach must be committed to help develop our High School boys in the spring (5-6 days a week).

Responsibilities:

  • Help lead JV team in all aspects of the game.
  • Attend all practices and games.  
  • Assistant to Varsity team.
  • Team management during practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Represent at Kingwood Lacrosse activities when available.

Requirements:

  • Coaching or playing experience at the NCAA or MCLA level preferred.
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. Passion to mentor young student-athletes.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Candidates must have a valid US Lacrosse coaching membership.
