Westside Lacrosse Head Coach position open

Westside Lacrosse has an immediate opening for a Head Coach for the 2026 season.

West Houston Lacrosse Association is looking for an energetic coach with a strong lacrosse background who has a passion for growing the game and new to the sport athletes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous lacrosse coaching experience preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities Complete knowledge and understanding of the rules of the game & THSLL
  • Ability to obtain staff position at Westside HS preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • Communication with the West Houston Lacrosse Association, coaches and players throughout the season
  • Game day planning and management.
  • Manage all aspects of the program during practice and game day
  • Anticipated 4 practices per week plus 1-2 games per week
  • Working with Westside Athletic Director Cedric Allen and Westside administration to ensure the lacrosse program is integrated into the Westside HS community.
