Position: JV Assistant Coach
Description: McKinney Lacrosse would like to hire a JV assistant coach beginning immediately. The qualified candidate will demonstrate the leader skills along with the lacrosse knowledge to serve as a positive role model to help the development of the program.
Duties:
Assist the Head JV coach in all aspects of the program during practice and game days.
Attend all practices and games
Coach with the same Philosophy, terms, and tactics as the Varsity program to help with the development and of younger players and prepare them for when they get to the varsity level.
Assist both the JV head coach and Varisty coach with the development of both practice and game plans
Provide instruction during practice to players to help them develop and understand the game of lacrosse
Preferred Qualifications: Atleast 1 year of coaching experience at the High School level, 2-3 years playing experience at either the high school or college level.
