Flower Mound Lacrosse Association Varsity Offensive Coordinator
Available Sept 2022 - May 2023 (multi-year contract option available)
Flower Mound Lacrosse is seeking a committed and experienced High School Offensive Coordinator.
We are looking for a coach who brings knowledge, passion, positive mindset, and a strong Lacrosse background. The Coach must be committed to help develop our High School boys in fall (3 days a week) and Spring (5-6 days a week). Practices start around 5:45pm.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Director in all aspects of the Offensive side of the game.
Attend all practices and games.
Scouting of opponents.
Team management during practices.
Instill our team motto of care, commit, compete.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Be present at FMLA activities when available.
Requirements:
Coaching or playing experience at the NCAA or MCLA level
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Passion to mentor young student-athletes.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Salary:
Competitive based on experience. Additional income available with lessons and summer skills camp.
