Flower Mound Lacrosse Association JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach

Available Sept 2023 - May 2024 (multi-year contract option available)

Flower Mound Lacrosse is seeking a committed and experienced High School JV Head Coach who will also assist with Varsity. We are looking for a coach who brings knowledge, passion, positive mindset, and a strong Lacrosse background. The Coach must be committed to help develop our High School boys in fall (2-3 days a week) and Spring (5-6 days a week). Practices start around 5:45pm.  

Responsibilities:

  • Lead JV team in all aspects of the game. 
  • Attend all practices and games.
  • Assistant to Varsity team. 
  • Team management during practices. Instill our team motto of care, commit, compete. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. e present at FMLA activities when available. 

Requirements: 

  • Coaching or playing experience at the NCAA or MCLA level.
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. 
  • Passion to mentor young student-athletes. 
  • Must be able to pass a background check. 

Salary: Competitive based on experience. Additional income with lessons and summer skills camp.
