The Three Plano HS Club Lacrosse Programs
are proud to host the Sixth Annual
Ray Maitland Memorial Lacrosse Jamboree
October 13-14, 2007 at Plano East Senior High, Plano, TX
We invite your participation and look forward to a great weekend of fall lacrosse!

Entry Fee: $325.00
Format: Jamboree 
Bracketing: Interdivisional Varsity & JV
Games:  Four per Team  (2 games Saturday/2 games Sunday)
Total Number of Slots: 16
Registration Deadline: October 5, 2007
Location: Plano East High School

Your registration will be considered complete after we have received the following from your team(s):
1. Entry Fee (made out to US Lacrosse-North Texas Chapter)
2. Certificate of Insurance-emailed to txbrooks@tx.rr.com
3. Roster (see attached form)-emailed to txbrooks@tx.rr.com
4. T-Shirt Order form (with check) or note that your team will not be pre-ordering. T-shirt design will be sent out next week- email order to txbrooks@tx.rr.com
Entry Fees alone will not secure a spot for your team!
