Plano Senior High Wildcats is entering its 25th season of play in Texas and is seeking a committed and experienced Assistant Varsity Coaches and Junior Varsity Head Coach for the 2016 season.
We are looking for a coach who can bring another offensive and/or defensive philosophy to the organization, has the ability to run a clean substitution box, and is committed to teaching the players to play within our system and as a family.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Program Director in all aspects of conducting a boy’s lacrosse program
* Attend all practices and games
* Implementation of game strategies
* Team management during practices
* Integrate the core values of character, integrity, humility, loyalty, and passion
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
* Coaching or playing experience at the NCAA level
* Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
This is a Part-time position, with a competitive salary, and reports to the Head Varsity Coach and Program
